Comments

The Committee for the Liberation of the Black Sea Province was a short-lived anti-Bolshevik insurgent body operating in the mountainous hinterland above Novorossiysk and Tuapse during the chaos of 1920. This note was not issued by a functioning bank or treasury — it was field money, produced by a partisan committee that controlled a shrinking patch of territory as the Red Army consolidated the Northern Caucasus. The "Black Sea Peasant Militia" designation reflects the genuinely irregular character of the issuing authority.

Survival rates are low simply because the organization that issued these notes ceased to exist within months. No redemption was ever organized.
