| Obverse description | Plain white note in letterpress woodcut style, with the denomination ДВЕСТИ ПЯТЬДЕСЯТ РУБЛЕЙ inscribed in bold Cyrillic across the top banner, flanked by laurel branches, and the date 1920 set within a central cartouche. The numeral 250 with РУБЛЕЙ appears in each lateral panel, while a central rectangular text block carries the issuing authority inscription of the Committee for the Liberation of the Black Sea Province. Two manuscript signature lines for committee officials appear at the foot of the central text block. |
