Obverse description Central field bears the denomination numeral '۲۵۰' (250) in large Eastern Arabic-Indic digits, with the word 'ریال' (Rials) inscribed immediately below. The legend 'جمهوری اسلامی ایران' (Islamic Republic of Iran) curves along the upper rim in Arabic script. An open wreath of stylized grain stalks frames the central numerals on both sides, converging at the base, with the Solar Hijri date '۱۳۸۶' (1386) appearing in the lower field beneath the wreath.

Reverse description Central device features a stylized tulip blossom — a symbol of martyrdom and the Islamic Revolution — rendered in a bold, graphic design with the bloom rising above a circular base element suggesting a drop of blood, a motif closely associated with post-revolutionary Iranian coinage. The tulip is flanked on either side by an open olive or grain wreath whose branches curve along the inner rim and meet at the base, tied with a small interlaced knot. The field is otherwise plain, with no additional legend or inscription.
