| Obverse description | Central field features the crowned coat of arms of Macao, comprising a shield bearing five escutcheons arranged in a cross on a white field, flanked by two kneeling angels acting as supporters, each with outstretched wings. A crown surmounts the shield, with a cross and an armillary sphere as crest elements. Thirteen five-pointed stars arranged in an arc frame the design along the inner border. The legend 'MACAU' is inscribed in bold raised letters across the upper field, with the date '1992' positioned along the lower field. The entire composition is struck in high-relief proof finish against deeply mirrored fields. |
