A row of eight-pointed stars arcs across the upper field above the toughra. The regnal year and denomination value appear in Arabic numerals within the lower portion of the wreath, with the entire design executed in high relief on a smooth field. |

The wreath is rendered in fine detail with individually articulated leaves, consistent with the high-quality milled production of the Constantinople mint. |
