| Reverse description | The reverse depicts the White Greyhound of Richmond, one of the Queen's Beasts, rendered in high relief at the centre of the rectangular field. The greyhound is shown rampant, wearing a crown collar, and resting its forepaws upon a heraldic shield bearing a Tudor rose surmounted by a royal crown. The upper legend reads 'THE QUEEN'S BEASTS' and 'WHITE GREYHOUND OF RICHMOND' in two lines across the top border. The date '2021' appears in the lower right of the field, and the inscription '1/2 G .9999 FINEST GOLD' is engraved along the lower border, denoting the weight and fineness of the piece. |
