Reverse description The reverse presents the full Arms of Canada in meticulous high relief, with selective gold plating highlighting the supporters, crown, and shield elements against the burnished silver field. The heraldic composition features a lion rampant and a unicorn as supporters flanking a quartered shield bearing the arms of England, Scotland, Ireland, and France, surmounted by a crowned lion statant gardant. Two flags — the Union Jack and the fleur-de-lis banner — rise behind the shield, and the royal crown tops the entire achievement. Flanking the central device on either side are decorative garlands of roses, thistles, shamrocks, and fleur-de-lis. The motto A MARI USQUE AD MARE appears on a ribbon scroll at the base, while the legend CANADA arcs along the upper rim and FINE SILVER 1 kg ARGENT PUR is inscribed along the lower border.
