| Obverse description | Central field depicts a full-length figure of Prince Spytihněv I in medieval attire, standing before the Romanesque Church of the Virgin Mary (Kostel P. Marie), rendered in fine relief with detailed stonework and a rounded tower. The name SPYTIHNĚV I. is inscribed in the upper field above the figure, with a patriarchal cross motif above the church entrance. To the left, a small inset medallion bearing the effigy of Queen Elizabeth II appears among a decorative Romanesque-style border of interlaced roundels and rosettes encircling the entire composition.
