| Popis rubu | An elaborately detailed Chinese-style fortune dragon rendered in high relief coils sinuously across the entire field, its scaled body spiralling from the lower right toward the upper left where the fierce, maned head gazes outward. Decorative floral and cloud motifs fill the background field. In the upper right quadrant, a circular inlaid Meissen porcelain medallion is set flush into the gold, displaying a cobalt-blue brushwork design of crossed swords — the historic hallmark of the Meissen manufactory — hand-painted on a white glazed ground. The reverse is without peripheral legend, allowing the dragon design and the porcelain insert to dominate the composition entirely. |
