| 正面描述 | Bare-headed effigy of King Mohammed VI facing right, rendered in high relief against a deeply mirrored proof field. Arabic legend to the left reads the royal title and name, while the designation 'السادس' (the Sixth) appears to the lower right. The portrait is finely detailed with naturalistic facial features and closely cropped hair. The design is framed by an inner beaded border and an outer reeded rim. |

Mohammed VI ascended the Moroccan throne in July 1999 following the death of Hassan II, whose 38-year reign had defined the country's post-independence political structure entirely around the person of the monarch. The sixth anniversary issue in 2005 fell during a period when Mohammed VI was actively repositioning the institution — the Moudawwana family law reforms had passed in 2004, representing the most significant revision to Moroccan personal status law since independence.
Bank Al-Maghrib produced anniversary enthronement issues at irregular intervals during this period, and the .925 fineness places this squarely in their collector-oriented series rather than anything approaching circulation intent.
