| 备注 |
The Transcaucasian republics — Azerbaijan, Armenia, and Georgia — each issued their own Soviet-era currency briefly before being absorbed into the Transcaucasian Socialist Federative Soviet Republic in March 1922 and losing independent monetary authority shortly after. This 250,000 rouble note arrived at the extreme end of that window, when hyperinflation had already rendered denominations of this magnitude nearly worthless in real purchasing terms. The Soviet monetary reform of 1922–1924 wiped out the entire pre-reform rouble series at ruinous exchange rates.
Pick S718 is a scarce pick-up — the short issuing window and the reform-era mass destruction of superseded notes kept surviving examples thin.
