| Obverse description | The obverse features the coat of arms of the Republic of South Ossetia at centre, depicting a snow leopard passant before a mountain landscape, set within a beaded inner circle and an ornamental dotted border. The Ossetian-language legend РЕСПУБЛИКӔ ХУССАР ИРЫСТОН arcs across the upper portion of the inner ring, while РЕСПУБЛИКА ЮЖНАЯ ОСЕТИЯ arcs along the lower portion. The denomination 25 ЗÆРИНЫ is inscribed in large Cyrillic characters along the upper outer field, and НАЦИОНАЛОН БАНК appears in bold across the lower outer field. The date 2019 and the fineness inscription Ag 925 31,1 are shown beneath the central device, flanked by the Moscow Mint monogram (ММД).
