| Reverse description | Printed in black and red-orange on a yellow-toned ground, the reverse presents a large central oval vignette enclosed by bold black acanthus-scroll borders with auspicious endless-knot (swastika) ornaments at top and bottom. Within the vignette, a principal deity or royal figure is enthroned at centre, flanked by attendants, animals, and palatial Tibetan architectural structures rendered in a traditional thangka-inspired style. The entire composition is surrounded by a floral and foliate outer border in red-orange. |
