Issued to mark the birth of Prince George in July 2013, this is one of dozens of near-identical "Royal Baby" gold miniatures struck for small island nations whose monetary relationship with Britain is ceremonial at best. The Central Bank of Seychelles had no particular historical connection to the event — the issue was almost certainly produced through a third-party licensing arrangement, a common practice among minor issuing authorities seeking collector revenue.
