| Obverse description | Central square cartouche divided into six panels by intersecting lines, with a small trishula (trident) at the centre junction, bearing the royal name GYANENDRA BIR BIKRAM DEV in Devanagari script distributed across the panels. An ornate octagonal border with floral and foliate decorative motifs frames the central square, with the Bikram Sambat date 2062 inscribed in two panels at the base. The legend SRI SRI SRI appears in Devanagari above the cartouche, and a beaded outer border runs along the coin's rim. |
