She is depicted with her characteristic short layered hairstyle and wears a small heart-shaped pendant at her neckline. The curved italic legend DIANA · THE PEOPLE'S PRINCESS · 1961 - 1997 arcs around the upper periphery. Two small relief rose emblems flank the lower portion of the bust at either side, serving as decorative motifs in tribute. The denomination 25 Rupees is inscribed in Roman lettering along the lower exergue. |
