| 正面描述 | At left, a vignette of the Rascasse (scorpionfish) is set against a decorative underprint, while the centre presents a detailed botanical illustration of Rothmannia annae, the rare endemic Seychelles gardenia. Denomination numerals and bilingual inscriptions in English and Seychellois Creole frame the composition. |

| 备注 |
The 25 Rupee denomination has occupied an awkward position in Seychellois currency — large enough to require a banknote, small enough that daily wear was brutal. Thomas De La Rue printed this series across a decade-long run, with at least two signature combinations known across the P#37 type, reflecting staff changes at the Central Bank rather than any policy shift or reissue event.
Weber signed as Governor; Chang Leng as director. Notes from the later end of the issue window tend to show heavier handling wear — the 25 Rupee circulated hard in a small island economy where this value was genuinely transactional.
