Obverse description	Plain light ground with an ornamental border frame enclosing the central text block. At the top, the issuer's name in Cyrillic reads ЭРИВАНСКОЕ ОТДЕЛЕНИЕ ГОСУДАРСТВЕННОГО БАНКА, followed by a line indicating a special treasury account of the Government of the Republic of Armenia. The series, serial number, place, and date of issue — Эривань, Август 1919 года — are printed centrally, with the denomination 25 рублей rendered in a bold guilloche-style numeral vignette to the right. A vertical overprint inscription runs along the left margin, and a bearer clause with the written-out denomination двадцать пять рублей appears in the lower text block above two signature lines.

Reverse description	Plain unprinted ground carrying a central text block in Cyrillic script confirming acceptance of the cheque by the Erivan Branch of the State Bank, with a payment date of 15 January 1920 stated explicitly. Three manuscript signature fields are arranged vertically below the main text, attributed respectively to the Manager of the Erivan Branch of the State Bank, the Controller, and the Cashier, each preceded by their printed title.
