| Obverse description | Central device depicts the double-headed eagle emblem of the Bank of Russia, displayed with wings spread and no crowns, set within a beaded inner circle against a deeply mirrored proof field. The denomination '25' appears to the left and the date '1994г.' to the right of the eagle along the inner border. The Cyrillic legend 'БАНК РОССИИ' (Bank of Russia) curves along the lower periphery, while 'РУБЛЕЙ' arcs along the upper periphery. Below the eagle, between the beaded circle and the legend, are the fineness mark 'Pd 999', the mint mark of the Leningrad Mint (ЛМД), and the weight indicator '31.1', all inscribed in small characters. |
