A regional arms stamp appears at upper right above a text block containing guarantee and anti-counterfeiting clauses. Three manuscript signature lines below are assigned to the Комиссаръ Финансовъ, Управляющий Государственным Банкомъ, and Контролеръ Государственнаго Банка, with an additional signature for Военный Комиссаръ at lower centre. |
