| Obverse description | At left, an ornate diamond-shaped cartouche with interlaced strapwork encloses a double-headed eagle vignette, with the numeral 25 running vertically along the left margin. The central field carries the treasury obligation legend in Cyrillic script, with the denomination in large display lettering, flanked by a French-language legend along the left vertical border and an English-language legend below. Three manuscript signature lines appear in the lower centre, with the place and date of issue — Omsk, 1 February 1919 — at lower right. |
