| Legenda del rovescio | Этотъ чекъ согласно постановленiю Сахалинскаго Областного Исполнительнаго Комитета Совѣта рабочихъ, солдатскихъ и крестьянскихъ депутатовъ и Самоуправленiй отъ 14 марта 1918 го безсроченъ и, согласно тому же постановленiю, имѣетъ хожденiе въ предѣлахъ Сахалинской области наравнѣ съ кредитными билетами, — слѣдовательно обязателенъ къ прiему во всѣ платежи. Выпущенные Николаевскимъ на Амурѣ Отдѣленiемъ Государственнаго Банка чеки обезпечены хранящимся въ Отдѣленiи Банка неприкосновеннымъ запасомъ кредитныхъ билетовъ 1.000 рублеваго достоинства и въ случаѣ предъявленiя чековъ на достаточную сумму на эти (тысячерублевые) билеты безпрепятственно обмѣниваются. Подѣлка преслѣдуется закономъ. |
