| Obverse description | Central field features the coat of arms of the Lugansk People's Republic, depicting a double-headed eagle with spread wings, a crowned top, and a shield on the breast bearing a fortified tower. The arms are rendered in the gold-coloured inner core of the bimetallic flan. The curved Cyrillic legend 'Республика Луганская' arcs along the upper periphery, while the date '2014' appears in the lower field beneath the arms. |

| Additional information |
The Lugansk People's Republic declared independence from Ukraine in May 2014 following the broader Donbas conflict, but it has never issued sovereign coinage through any recognized monetary authority. These bimetallic pieces are fantasy issues — privately produced collectibles with no legal tender status, no official mint of origin, and no connection to any actual monetary policy of the LNR, which used and continues to use the Russian ruble for all transactions.
