| Obverse description | Plain typeset cheque format on unadorned paper with simple border ornament along the left and right edges. The issuer's name in Cyrillic pre-reform orthography, РУССКО-АЗІАТСКІЙ БАНКЪ, appears at the top centre above the branch designation Грозненское Отдѣленіе, with the denomination Руб. 25.- positioned to the right. A handwritten serial number prefixed Чекъ №, the current account number, and the denomination spelled out in large bold Cyrillic letterpress text, двадцать пять рублей, occupy the lower portion, accompanied by a manuscript signature. |
