| Obverse description | Central design features two crossed flags of Umm Al Qaiwain, each bearing a crescent and star motif, set within an olive wreath. The dual dates 1970 and ١٣٨٩ appear in the lower field of the central device, with the Arabic denomination ٢٥ ريال below. The outer legend reads STATE OF UMULQAIWAIN in Latin script along the left arc and حكومة ام القيوين in Arabic along the right arc, separated by dots. At the bottom of the coin, the denomination 25 U.A.Q. RIYALS appears in Latin characters, with a small [900] fineness mark visible at the lower right field. A beaded border encircles the entire design. |
