| Obverse description | Central field features a stylized decorative emblem resembling a floral or tree motif surmounted by an ornamental crown-like device. Below the central emblem, the denomination '25' appears in large Eastern Arabic numerals, with the word 'Qirsh' inscribed beneath. The legend 'Arab Republic of Egypt' is rendered in Arabic script across the middle field. The Hijri year 1393 and the Gregorian year 1973 appear in the lower portion of the field, flanking the denomination. A curved Arabic inscription arcing along the upper rim identifies the Diamond Jubilee of the National Bank of Egypt, all enclosed within a reeded border. |
