Aanvullende informatie

Nadir Shah seized power in October 1929 after ousting Habibullah Kalakani, the Tajik rebel leader who had himself overthrown Amanullah Khan earlier that year — making 1929 one of the most turbulent successions in Afghan history. This coin belongs to the brief window between Nadir Shah's consolidation of Kabul and his assassination in 1933, a reign of fewer than four years.

Afghan copper of this period circulated hard in a largely rural, cash-scarce economy and survivors in problem-free condition are genuinely uncommon.
