目录
| 正面描述 | A large bunch of grapes suspended from a curling vine tendril occupies the central field, rendered in high relief with finely detailed individual berries. The country name appears in Hebrew script (ישראל) along the upper arc and in Arabic script (اسرائيل) along the lower arc, both legends framed by an inner beaded border that runs the full circumference of the coin. The overall design is bold and emblematic, drawing on ancient Israelite agricultural symbolism. |

Israel's 1949 coinage was produced at the Utrecht Mint in the Netherlands, as the young state lacked its own minting infrastructure in the immediate aftermath of the 1948 War of Independence. The 25 pruta denomination in specimen format from this year is particularly scarce — the pruta series itself was short-lived, replaced by the agorot system in 1960 following monetary reform.
