| Obverse description | Central field bears the arms of the Republic of the Philippines: a quartered shield displaying a golden sun with eight rays and three stars above, a sea lion passant, and an American eagle, all enclosed within a scalloped cartouche. A scroll beneath the shield bears the motto legend ISANG BANSA ISANG DIWA (One Nation, One Spirit). The circular legend REPUBLIKA NG PILIPINAS arcs along the upper periphery, while the denomination 25 PISO appears in large characters at the base. The entire design is contained within a beaded border. |
