正面描述 Orange-toned note with a central vignette of the enthroned Madonna and Child rendered in blue and red, the Virgin wearing a crown and blue robe, set before a mural crown above flanked by elaborate baroque acanthus scrollwork in red and white. The denomination numeral '25' appears in large Fraktur script on both left and right sides, with the issuing legends in Gothic blackletter below. The artist's signature 'A. Jung' appears in the upper right corner, and the printer's imprint 'Grass, Barth & Comp. W. Friedrich Breslau' is printed along the lower margin. The entire design is enclosed within a decorative border of repeating circular ornaments.

备注

Wartha — now Bardo in southwestern Poland — was a minor Silesian pilgrimage town whose municipal government, like hundreds of German communes in 1921, was forced to print its own small-denomination scrip to compensate for the chronic shortage of Reichsbank coinage during the postwar inflation spiral. Grass, Barth & Comp. W. Friedrich was a well-established Breslau commercial printer with a substantial Notgeld output across Silesia, and the involvement of a named designer, A. Jung, is a minor distinction — many comparable issues of this denomination and period were produced anonymously from stock layouts.

The 1381.2-3/8 reference indicates this is one of multiple variants within the Wartha series.
