Julius Fiedler Nachf. in Grünberg, Silesia was a regional commercial printer, not a specialist security firm — which is exactly what you'd expect for a low-value emergency issue commissioned in haste by a town administration with no experience procuring currency.
Bürgermeister Köhne's signature appears as the sole authorizing credential. No countersignature, no treasury stamp protocol.
