| Obverse description | Lavender and green Notgeld note with a decorative Art Nouveau border of stylised oak leaves and scrollwork in green at each corner. At centre, the municipal coat of arms of Wettin — a red-brick twin-towered gatehouse on a white shield with the motto ribbon 'Wettin a.d. Saale' below and the inscription 'V.D.M. 1.Æ' above — flanked by the bold numeral '25' in each upper corner.
