Reverse description The denomination numeral '25' in large, bold characters dominates the centre of the field, with the inscription PFENNIG below in a clean, modernist typeface. A decorative festoon of fruit and foliage is draped across the upper portion of the reverse, suspended from two corner ornaments, lending an Art Nouveau character to the design. The mint mark 'A' for the Berlin Mint appears at the base of the design, flanked by two dots. Geometric ornamental devices punctuate the border at regular intervals.
