| Description de l’avers | A panoramic townscape vignette of Zobten am Berge runs across the upper half, with the church steeple and the Zobten mountain (Ślęża) visible in the background. Centered below the vignette is a coat-of-arms cartouche bearing a pilgrim figure, flanked on either side by text blocks in German script carrying the terms of acceptance. The lower portion bears multiple manuscript and printed signatures of the issuing committee, with the denomination numeral '25' set within ornamental frames at the upper corners and the printer's imprint at the foot. |

BERGE' in bold letterpress type dominates the upper portion, with 'Selbsthilfe der Bürgerschaft' and the issue date '16.10. 1919.' immediately below, all set against a decorative guilloche underprint. Two central shield-shaped vignettes occupy the middle field: the left presents the Lützow-Denkmal, an equestrian monument on a high pedestal with ruins behind, captioned 'Lützows Denkmal', while the right illustrates the Bergkirche atop rocky terrain, captioned 'Bergkirche'.
