Obverse description Light blue Notgeld note with a bold black header band bearing the issuer's name in Gothic blackletter type; the central panel, enclosed within a fine guilloche border, carries the large denomination numeral and descriptive text in Fraktur script. Two arched lateral vignettes in fine line-engraved style flank the central field — an allegorical jester or merchant figure to the left and a grape-harvesting figure to the right, motifs characteristic of Mosel-region Kleingeld issues. Below the printed text, a handwritten authorization dated 1 October 1920 bears three manuscript signatures corresponding to the roles of Vorsitzender, Schriftführer, and Kassierer.

Reverse description The reverse is printed in blue and black on a pale ground, with the denomination numeral '25' repeated in large outlined figures at each corner within a geometric frame. A central octagonal vignette carries a detailed line-engraved view of the Moselbrücke at Schweich, with a prominent tower at centre span and rolling hills receding into the background; a caption below the vignette records the bridge's construction year. A serial number with letter prefix appears at top centre.
