| Obverse description | Grey floral guilloche border frames the central design on a decorative underprint. At the top centre, the coloured civic arms of Wismar are displayed within an ornate scrollwork cartouche; flanking it are two oval vignettes bearing portrait busts of German Shepherd dogs — the left medallion inscribed 'Haras von der Jüch / Sieger 1921' and the right 'Nanthild von Riedekenburg / Siegerin 1921' — joined by a blue decorative rosette. Below, the denomination '25 Pfennig' appears in white Gothic lettering within a red circular device surrounded by a black ornamental frame, beneath which the legend 'Notgeldschein' is printed in large red Gothic script, followed by the issuing authority text and validity clause; the serial number appears at the foot. |
