| 正面描述 | Dark-toned note with a central vignette of an artillery cannon with two figures, rendered in bold woodcut style against a hatched background. The denomination '25 PF' appears in large numerals within decorative cartouches to the left and right of the central vignette. Below the vignette, a curved banner bears the issuer's name, followed by two lines of small-print text stating the validity conditions, issuer, date of 1 May 1921, and two manuscript signatures. |

| 背面描述 | Dark woodcut-style composition with a central oval vignette of the Krupp'scher Schießplatz (Krupp shooting range) at Tangerhütte, showing a wide open range viewed in perspective with trees flanking both sides. Flanking the oval are two decorative ribbon banners bearing the issuer name in Gothic script, with oak-leaf ornaments at the corners. At the lower portion, two triquetra-style ornamental devices flank a two-line verse in Gothic lettering, and the printer's imprint appears at the base. |

Rabatt-Spar-Verein — literally "discount savings association" — was a German consumer cooperative model that flourished in the inflationary early Weimar years. Members accumulated rebate coupons against purchases at affiliated merchants, redeeming them for cash or goods. This note from the Vaethen-Tangerhütte branch is effectively a scrip instrument within that system, not municipal Notgeld in the strict sense, though it circulated during the same chaotic period and is catalogued alongside it.
Zimmer & Munte of Magdeburg were a regional commercial printer, not a specialist banknote firm — which shows in the modest production values typical of cooperative-issue material.
