The series letter appears in an oval cartouche at upper left, with the Mecklenburg bull's-head arms at upper centre, and a red serial number at upper right. The issuer's name 'Mecklenburg-Schwerinsches Staatsministerium' is inscribed below the central vignette, followed by manuscript facsimile signatures, with the printer's imprint 'Bärensprungsche Hofbuchdruckerei Schwerin' at the very foot. |
