| 正面描述 | A colour-printed vignette occupies the upper portion of the note, presenting a perspective view of the prisoner-of-war camp at Lichtenhorst, with barrack buildings lining a central road flanked by fencing and trees; a building labelled "Erfrischungsraum" is visible at right. The denomination "25 Pfennig" appears in the upper-left and upper-right corners within black-bordered panels, with the place name "Lichtenhorst" in bold Gothic lettering across the top. A text panel in the lower portion carries the voucher inscription and a manuscript signature of the canteen administrator, all enclosed within a decorative border of interlocking oval and geometric motifs in brown, red, and gold. |

| 备注 |
Lichtenhorst was a German prisoner-of-war camp in Lower Saxony that operated during the First World War. Camp canteen scrip of this type was issued to prevent POWs from accumulating Reichsmark currency — a deliberate restriction under the Hague Convention's practical interpretation by German camp administrations, who worried about escape financing and black-market activity. The notes were redeemable only within the camp's own canteen system and had no value outside the wire.
The DeNG reference series covers hundreds of such issues, each camp producing its own distinct scrip. Lichtenhorst's examples are among the less commonly encountered in the collector market.
