| Obverse description | Square zinc field with clipped corners, framed by a continuous decorative border of stylized floral and foliate garlands running along all four sides. The center of the field bears the large raised abbreviation 'G.G.F.' in bold capital letters, identifying the issuing institution. A small circular hole of approximately 2 mm diameter is pierced through the right-center area of the field. The overall design is plain and utilitarian, consistent with Notgeld emergency coinage of the early Weimar period. |
