Obverse description Horizontal format Jubiläums-Gutschein divided into three vertical panels: the left vignette depicts a blacksmith at his anvil, hammer raised mid-strike, rendered in a bold expressionist woodcut style; the central panel carries the denomination "25 Pfennig" in Gothic script above the full payment text and issuer name within a rectangular frame; the right vignette shows a helmeted warrior figure standing atop baled goods, also in woodcut style. Two facsimile signatures of the Vorstand (Direktor) and Aufsichtsrat (Vorsitzender) appear below the central text, with a six-pointed star ornament beneath them.

Reverse description The reverse is divided into two main pictorial fields set against a rich brown ornamental border of Art Nouveau scrollwork and floral motifs. The left panel contains a vignette of a crowned female statue on a pedestal, rendered in pale tones against a golden ground with decorative surround; the denomination "25 Pf." appears in a smaller ornamental cartouche below it. The right panel presents a colour lithograph of a Romanesque church with a tall tower, identifiable as a Köln-Mülheim landmark, accompanied below by a five-line German verse in italic script.
