A header panel carries the issuer's name in bold letterpress, while the central field is dominated by a large oval cartouche enclosing the denomination spelled out in full. The lower section bears the place name and date of issue at right, a hand-stamped serial number at centre, and a manuscript signature at lower right, with a validity disclaimer in three lines at lower left. |
