The central vignette consists of a shield-shaped cartouche carrying the large white numeral '25', flanked on either side by the abbreviated denomination 'Pfg.' in ornate blackletter type. Below, the issuer's name 'BANK FÜR HANDEL UND INDUSTRIE' appears at lower left with 'NIEDERLASSUNG GREIZ' at lower right, the date 'GREIZ, den 1. Jan. 1921.' in the centre, and two manuscript facsimile signatures beneath. A lower panel contains the validity legend in Gothic script. |
