| 表面の説明 | Small square Spar-Marke (savings token) printed in blue-grey on pale paper, with a fine guilloche underprint covering the entire field. A ribbon banner at the top bears the inscription 'SPAR-MARKE', below which the large numeral '25' is printed in bold black letterpress, followed by 'PFENNIGE' and 'STADT' in progressively smaller type. The issuer name 'KRAPPITZ' appears in large bold capitals along the lower portion, the right edge showing a perforated margin consistent with sheet separation. |

Krappitz — today Krapkowice in Polish Silesia — issued notgeld during the postwar inflationary period like hundreds of other German municipalities scrambling to plug the small-denomination coin shortage. The 25 Pfennig denomination was among the most common targets for local emergency issue, and Stadt Krappitz produced examples consistent with the broader Silesian municipal notgeld runs of 1919–1921.
The square format is the one detail worth flagging: at 22 × 22 mm, this is among the smallest notgeld pieces encountered in the standard catalogues, and square-cut small notes tend to suffer disproportionate corner loss in circulation.
