Arching across the upper field in decorative Fraktur script is the legend 'Gutschein der Stadt Buxtehude', with the city name running along the lower arc of the circle. Decorative corner ornaments in ochre frame the note, and below the central vignette the validity inscription 'Gültig bis 1. Oktober 1921' is printed, flanked by two manuscript signatures; at lower margin appears the redemption notice 'Einlösungsstelle: Altonaer Bankverein'. |
