| 背面描述 | The upper portion is divided into three pictorial vignette panels in letterpress: at centre, a detailed landscape scene of the 'Bahnhof Rennsteig' railway station with a steam train amid wooded surroundings, framed by a stone arch with oak-leaf spandrels; to the left, a figure of a prehistoric Germanic tribesman leaning on a staff within a forest setting; to the right, an armoured knight mounted on horseback and carrying a lance — both flanking scenes evoking the historical and legendary character of the Rennsteig ridge. The denomination '25' and 'Pfg' appear in bold Fraktur in the upper left and right corners respectively, and the lower register carries a three-line verse in Fraktur script contrasting ancient Germanic hunters and warriors with the modern rack railway now traversing the Rennsteig. |

| 备注 |
Schmiedefeld am Rennsteig is a small village in the Thuringian Forest, and like thousands of German municipalities during the hyperinflationary crisis of the early 1920s, it issued its own emergency small-change notes — Kleingeldscheine — when federal coinage disappeared from circulation entirely. The Graphische Werkstätten in nearby Ilmenau printed notgeld for numerous Thuringian communities during this period, making them a regional workhorse printer rather than a prestige house.
The single signature, reading "Fest," almost certainly belongs to the Bürgermeister or a designated municipal treasurer authorized to validate the issue.
