正面描述	The obverse is printed in orange-red and black on a grey paper ground, enclosed within a multi-rule border with hatched outer frame. A vignette of the city gate of Oldenburg in Holstein occupies the centre, rendered in orange-red brick with crenellated towers and an arched passage; the municipal coat of arms — a red sun-burst bearing a white shield — appears above the gatehouse. The denomination '25 Pfennig' is set in the archway, flanked left by validity text and right by the redemption authority inscription and a facsimile signature of the Magistrat.
