| 备注 |
Neukloster is a small town in Mecklenburg, and like hundreds of similarly sized German municipalities in 1921–1923, it issued its own Kleingeldersatz — small-change substitute — to paper over the coin shortage that had persisted since the war and worsened as inflation accelerated. These municipal Notgeld issues were printed in enormous variety across Germany; the Neukloster series is catalogued under DeNG with three distinct notes at the 25 Pfennig denomination, suggesting at least minor design or serial variations within the run.
By mid-1923, most Kleingeld Notgeld had been rendered worthless by hyperinflation before formal redemption could occur.
