| Opis awersu | Printed in blue and gold on white paper, the obverse is enclosed by an ornate scrollwork border with elaborate foliate arabesques at either side. A large central circular vignette bears the bold numeral "25" above the denomination "Pfennig" set against a gold arch motif, with the issuer's name "Lünen a.d. Lippe" rendered in decorative script on a gold panel below. The lower cartouche carries a validity clause, the date "12. April 1921," and the signature of the First Mayor on behalf of Der Magistrat, with the printer's imprint "GUNDLACH – BIELEFELD" at the base. |
