| Obverse description | Central vignette of the Nöschenrode municipal coat of arms — a horizontally striped red and white shield surmounted by a red crenellated tower — set within an elaborate baroque cartouche of acanthus scrollwork on a blue ground. The denomination numeral "25" occupies ornamental roundels at each corner, while a scroll ribbon across the centre bears the legend "Gemeinde Nöschenrode" with the issue date "15. Juni 1921" flanked to either side. The upper margin carries the redemption notice, and the lower margin bears facsimile signatures of the Schulze and Schöffe together with the place and date of issue, with the printer attribution in small type. |
